Sizes 7/16, 3/8, and 5/16, which are the C up to an including the D, Eb ,E, and F keys on the saxophone come in FLAT profile only for all domed and flat sets. This is due to limitations in the manufacturing process for these small pieces. There is no discernible difference in sound.
